Darrell E. McNeill, Sr., President
Darrell has more than two decades of experience in warehouse and distribution management for both large hard and soft line operations. He strongly believes in safety first, customer service and the value of his fellow associates. His dedication to employees and the community is evident through his service to the local United Way as a member of the Board of Directors for several years.
Prior to joining FLS, he spent 7 years as a general manager of a contracted 3rd party labor provider working with Kimberly-Clark in Lexington, NC and Hendersonville, NC and most recently Neenah, WI. Darrell is dedicated to the tenets of Safety First, Customer Service, and Valued Associates.
Previously, Darrell was with Sears Logistic Services, Catalog Division, for 4 years, and the Kmart Distribution Center in Greensboro, NC for another 8 ½ years.
Darrell attended NC A&T University, majoring in Business Management.
Eric K. Myers, CPA, VP of Finance and Administration
With more than two decades of diverse experience as a CPA, Eric joined FLS in 2010 as VP of Finance and Administration. Throughout his career, Eric has focused on providing exceptional customer service, a FLS hallmark.
Eric began his career in public accounting with Ernst & Young, which exposed him to a wide range of corporate business environments. After four years with the firm, he went on to spend 19 years with Lentz Transfer & Storage, serving as treasurer, corporate controller, human resources manager and IT manager.
A native of North Carolina, Eric is a graduate of Appalachian State University with a B.S. in Business Administration with a major in accounting.
