BK1006- Human Resources Coordinator – Hendersonville, NC
The Human Resources Coordinator:
-Maintains positive and encouraging working relations with employees and customers
-Manages recruitment, interviewing and onboarding process
-Maintains employee payroll data and basic human resources activities. Process weekly payroll for approximately 90 employees
-Conducts employee evaluations and reviews as well as executes progressive disciplinary actions in accordance with company policy as needed.
-Creates schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels throughout departments based on operational needs, taking into account vacations, holidays and irregular work schedules
-Tracks and submit customer requested performance metrics
-Coordinates with corporate HR on all employee, payroll and benefit areas.
-Supports Team Leaders as needed
-Other duties as-required by the General Manager
